One’s Salvation is not ever in jeopardy. You don’t get saved today, then, uh oh, you sinned, now you are not saved. If we are saved, and continue to do sinful things, God will chastise us, and even go as far as talk our lives, but we are SEALED, once we are Saved!

I agree with this. Was reading Hebrews this morning and the Holy Spirit was dealing with me heavily. I am struggling with sexual sin, and it’s always back and forth. I want to be on fire for God again, walking in His presence. Y’all pray for me please.

You do NOT and can NOT lose salvation. That is a gift by the sovereign God and is IRRIVOCABLE. That does NOT mean ppl can do whatever pleases their flesh and everything's ok? NO!!! BUT, again, when a man or woman becomes a born again believer, being sealed by the Holy Spirit, we begin the process of sanctification and regeneration which is something that gives us new desires, (which are contrary to what we desired before), so when we do fall short, we have a conviction that puts us "in line" OUT OF OBEDIENCE to the Lord. So, one would say, sinning becomes "less easy" or "less pleasing", because we are no longer enemies of God. So, salvation can't be lost by our sin and can't be gained by our works. PER-I-OD! You know how angry my sin of laziness, sluggerness,and idlness makes me. Before my son for 7 YEARS i fasted every other day. I hiked mountains every other day 9 months out of the year. I was always doing something meaninful for my life. If i had became a christian then i would not struggle with what i do now.

Actually adter i had my son for 4 1/2 years i was bedbound and hospitalized every 2 weeks. Suffocating and struggling to move around. Going from my bed to the bathroom was scary for me because i felt like i could faith from suffocation. My oxygen levels has gone down to 78% several times. Just last year after someone prayed over me (i was a year already as a christian) i was healed of my severe allergy asthma.since ive been bed bound for almost 4 years now a year later ive struggled. Though i will say ive done more this summer then any of the summers combined in those 4 years. Its a habit that wont die. And the trauma ive felt from my sickness is still with me.this doesnt really help me because im convicted EVERY DAY. And when i do put anf effort im smacked with fatique from my cortisol insufficiency. It makes me so mad and sad that im rung my by neck in this sin and i desperately want it to go away.

Everyone who truly believes in Jesus doesn't want to sin but wants to please Jesus but we all sin. Sinning is not what keeps you from heaven not being forgiven of sin and not accepting Jesus as Lord and savior is what keeps you from going to heaven.

How do I know if ive gone to far with habitual sin ? I have badly backslidden for 3 years basically living in defeat and im worried ive messed up to much to come back im trying so hard right now to come back but ive fallen twice again in trying to come back and I havent felt Gods presence or heard His voice im very worried. I even sinned against god on purpose 1 time because of not understanding something and I feel so guilty and bad for it although I did repent as soon as I did it but ive made such a mess of things im worried ive gone to far how can I know if I have ?
