I think this is not a proper procedure in concrete pouring the beams first exposed the top bars which will lessen the cross section area of the beam, that top part will be mostly for slab and doesnt have a monolithic design for slab and beams.

اللون الباهت في الخسانة أعتقد أنها جائت بفعل مياه زائدة أثناء الصب وذالك نتيجة انتقال المضخة من مكان الى مكان اخر وتلك المدة التي تقضيها تعزل الماء في الاعلى واذا لاحظتم أن هذا اللون تكون في منطقة واحدة وهي بداية الصب في كل صف والملاحظة الثانية هو امدادات الأعمدة غير كافية
