when I press start I get this. It try reinstall opencv and delete opencv in venv folder but i not help

Latest pip, but still can't install the extension. It needs something else more. Trying to install Visual Studio, maybe that's the case. Also my python is 3.10.6. Is it still good enough for facefusion or should i install the latest 3.12?

I am using Nvidia GPU RTX 4070, but why I don't see TensorRT or Cuda under "EXECUTION PROVIDERS" ? It only have "azure" and "cpu".
I have updated , restarted and downloaded all the model but still no Cuda or TensorRT.
I don't see any error in console.
