Why didn't you full annex the great horde then release them? Isnt it harder to deal with the disloyalty in that situation

The main issue you have as muscovy is money until you can divert trade up from persia there is no way you can afford full manpower which means ultimately the Ottomans will declare on you because they will have 10x the troops, and they desire your land in my muscovy game spain Austria england denmark rivalled me france flat out refused to have an alliance no matter what i did and I was only able to field around 80k troops despite my limit being much higher. Anyway my point is in 1.34 Muscovy is for advanced players only due to the Ottomans being massively OP. Previously you could ally them but in this patch its almost impossible to keep them as an ally thanks to PDX

Interesting approach, but leaving the battles to the vassals when fighting Novgorod just needlessly prolonged the war, then the corruption from over-extension wrecked me before I could even get back some stability in time to pay back the Burghers. Sacrificing so much land and power was suicidal to me

You couldnt take gazis land beacuse your capital is in europa so u can only take provinces which are adjecent to your vassals cause they are in a different continent.

What are your thoughts on waiting to boost stability to 1 before granting the advisor cost privileges? I think it's smart because those privileges make boosting stability more expensive, and getting positive stability is important because it allows prosperity to tick up. This might be less viable as Muscovy, where admin mana and money are both in short supply; however, I feel like it's a strong opener in most cases. Thank you for the nice video.

you completely missed the gov reform that lets you centralize and decerease gove cost per state to 0( unlimited gove cap) and you get a refund of reform progress points and admin

I would love to see a guide for an Indian nation. It's an interesting nation which I haven't yet played in. Mostly I play in regions and even with nations that I am familiar with so I get at least some comfort while playing the game haha. Your guides are a real treasure to me! I actually started a Muscovy campaign a week ago. And apparently the Ottoman ai took that as a personal attack. Normally I wouldn’t mind a challenge, but this was just insane. They had 275k troops by 1520 with 100k manpower, 0 debt, and had all of Levant, Iraq, Caucasia (they beat me there by taking it in 1470s), half of Persia, northern part of Egypt, and entire Balkan outside Austria-Hungary. I was desperately blobbing to keep up but it just wasn’t enough. They had more troop limit than me and the Emperor Austria combined (we had around 225k combined) with a 2 mil tech advantage on me. Oh and they got basically 0 AE from their rapid conquest. Mamluks had 70 AE against the Ottomans when they had already lost 2/3rds of their land to them. A player would have ~200-350 AE.

Safe to say they declared on my ally Austria, called in Tunis and Morocco (adding another 75k to their total), and 3 of Austria’s allies didn’t join (probably debt)

Still deciding whether to keep going or not. I started as a fun, chill campaign, and it’s turning into a sweaty one. I’ve never seen the Ottomans blob and expand so fast before. It’s quite literally historical ottomans essentially.

Pretty bad starting advice: you do not need Boyar's integration policy, Religious diplomats and Grand company. Take Free company and hire regular infantry.
You should also apply manpower edict to Moscow right from the start.
