HK G36E: full disassembly & assembly

Some of the AR18 derivatives have an obvious element preventing the bolt from turning when out of battery, under inertia or when stripping a new cartridge for example. Others seem not to have this, or if they do, I can't identify it. Anyone care to explain this?
