Denise I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your talent with us! I have been doing this routine on and off since 2001. Right before 9/11 I went on a solo vacation with the hopes of learning more about my state of mind, my physical state and my relationship with God. I brought with me a VHS of your Power Yoga plus Pilates. I have never felt my whole body before doing these exercises. And they have been keeping me physical active ever since. I looked into Yoga because I heard that dancers practice it to stay flexible and strong with Pilates. I didn't want the religious part involved. You provided the perfect solution. I thank God He put you in my path🙏 Through a car accident, 9/11 trauma (i'm from NY), pregnancy, and many more PTSD moments, this workout has made my body and mind feel strong. Hi there, have you tried Bellyfattack ? Just google it. There you will see a good free video by a well established medical doctor revealing the best way to get rid of body fat. This made it easier for Andre to burn his stomach fat. I will probably give it a try. I hope it will work for you too.

Oh, Denise, you and your routines are so good for me! I have tried other exercises but they don't help me and I quickly grown discouraged and give up without your constant encouragement and really great example! Everyone in this industry so be as kind and caring as you are!
