The Complete Orion Camo Guide for Modern Warfare II

Updates: DLC Guns will count towards the 51 required for Orion, there is a current bug restricting them from counting. Shipment is being added to MWII during the Mid Season 1 update. As of right now the DLC guns to bypass any weapons you don't want to complete. I made a mistake with the long shot distances. Snipers: 50m, Pistols: 20m.

I skipped Melee and Launchers altogether and got Orion in Season 4, there were enough 51 weapons to get platinum

51 is so many tho

I've just maxed leveled 51 weapons required for platinum! massive pain in the ass but now the easy part now starts

So with the amount of dlc asdualt rifles and smgs i can skip the knife, shield and ricket launchers 🥹

Funny how the hardest completionist camo ends up being the worst one. Polyatomic, platinum, and gold are far better than orion.

Long shots are annoying bc the maps are small

Bro the longshot for platinum is going on my nerves i completed the platinum challenge on knives and now i want to complete it on ARs but it feel impossible does anyone have a tip to help me?

doing my platinum smg's rn.. sucks so much lol. in 2-3 days ive done 5 smg's.. i coulda had 2 whole gun categories done by then D: xD im just glad there is exactly 51 guns across all primary platforms (excluding crossbow.. who tf uses that) so the grind has been reall good lol besides plat smg

The hardest shit is getting long range kills with smgs when the recoil is so bad

I maxed my launchers by playing plunder. Every mission complete is one weapon level.Probably because its double xp weekend.

I my opinion I find melees being pretty easy specially now that u don’t have to use the riot shield because of the katanas and u just need to play shipment it was a pretty relaxing gold camp grind

I'm having so much trouble getting long shot kills. Got all the weapons to gold. All marksman riffles are platinum but just seems like I cannot get a long shot. Maybe 1- 2 long shots each match.

The longshots have to be the most annoying grind ever

First i unlocked every weapon. Then maxed out every weapon. Then completed all base camo challenges. Then got gold on all weapons. Then got platinum on all weapons. Im currently on Polyatomic.
Oh and the only weapons i haven't used or leveled up are the launchers and shield.

What is helping me for longshots and pistols is the hardcore mode, one bullet one kill, for longshots and my bad internet connection I find this the best method

So I unlocked the Orion camo but it didn’t make it available to equip on the guns I didn’t do the challenge for. Any help?

i unlocked orion about a month ago now, it took me since season 1 reloaded but i never really just sat down and grinded it out. i did at the end for the polyatomic challenges tho but i would regularly get bored of the longshots and take long breaks. i’m positive if i grinded the whole thing out i could’ve finished it in 2 weeks

I find when going for the 3kills (gold camo) it helps to run quick fix, stims, overkill with riot shield on your back and cold blooded (to stop streaks killing you)

All this paired together will keep you alive as long as possible.

So I started the grind like last week and have decided to use original guns only to heighten the challenge and so far it’s been really enjoyable.

Soooo, double kills for my rpk and taq-m aren't registering. Anyone know why?

careful skipping your weapon classes. once you get orion, you cant just plop it on any weapon, just weapons you have gold, plat, and poly on.

I found the launchers easier than the battle rifles.
