How often does this update

Let me guess, liquid and solid fert, cow poop, etc all serves no purpose besides ticking one single box, and plows and cultivators are interchangable, and you basically can switch all that off and have zero realism but maximum profit again - right? No way to lock out those controls and play a proper game? Because tbh it looks the damn same, every year they release a new one it's the same damn game just a TINY bit better.
