The FASTEST way to a flat belly is a Tummy Tuck. Best decision ever. Be sure to include the Muscle Repair and Flanks Lipo. Oh, and have $30,000 in your pocket.
If you are obese ALL OVER and your belly isn’t poking out a lot in comparison, then a Tummy Tuck won’t help much.
But if you are normal weight, overweight, obese or morbidly obese, and your belly is huge and it is the most noticeable area on your body that sticks way out — you need a TT.
You can still follow Dr. Berg’s advice before and after your TT. It will definitely help. But women especially, and those who have had children and/or are menopausal, have other things giving them a huge belly besides just fat. It’s hormone imbalances, failure to go on Bioidentical HRT after 35 to replace lost Progesterone, failure to go on Bioidentical HRT after 51 to replace lost Estradiol TOO, high cortisol, undiagnosed and untreated SLEEP APNEA (often caused by having had tooth extractions and orthodontia in the past), toxins and xeno-hormones collecting in your omentum, etc. Therefore, Dr. Berg’s advice will help, BUT NOT AT LIGHTENING SPEED LIKE A TUMMY TUCK WILL!!’ GAME CHANGER. In fact, Dr. Berg’s advice will work better for you AFTER you had a TT than before because those toxins and xeno-hormones within your omentum will be working against you. But they will be CUT OUT AND THROWN IN THE HOSPITAL INCINERATOR when you get a TT because they will be removed along with the TT skin and attached fat that is cut off.

I wish these dietary recommendations took into consideration weight trainers. OMAD will not help with muscle growth.

Ответитьi use to eat a lot of salads green salads, but now a days it gives me stomach turns and diarrhea for some reason. also sour cabbage. for some reason my stomach gets upset after i eat them. but i do it anyway. ive been doing btw intermitting fasting for years now, even tho im an athlete but even now in my 40s im in shape and well.

ОтветитьThis is very powerful, useful and inspiring. I've been following Dr Berg's dieting advice for 4 months and I've lost 11 pounds and continually improving my physical and mental health. Admittedly I have a craving for bread so I eat sourdough and low carb flatbreads. I never use to eat salads but now it's my favorite food option. Roast pumpkin and beetroot with lean grilled shredded chicken tossed into the salad. I put a few shavings of parmesan, pine nuts and dress with truffle infused olive oil and balsamic. Dieting doesn't have to be boring. Once you get into the rhythm you want to continue especially when you see positive results. Junk food looks a lot less appealing and actually makes you feel terrible after you've been eating healthy so you'll be less likely to crave it once your palate changes.Try it. Here's a tip. If you can't sleep at night then keep a set of dumbells by your bedside. If you can't lose weight sleeping then at least burn it manually.

Hello Dr. Berg, I just had one question
As you mentioned that all seeds oil have omega 6 fatty acids and is dangerous to the body.
What if I consume mustard oil extracting them from the seed at my home itself, is it bad still?

ОтветитьEven when I was super fit and thin in my 20-40s, I was never able to lose that fat on my lower tummy. Went on a keto diet and 18:6 fast aged 67 in March 2022 and that fat has vanished. I'm still shocked at how easy it was. Physically and cognitively, I feel I'm in the best shape I have ever been. Thank you Dr Eric for all the great advice you have given over the years. You are a lifesaver, sir.
ОтветитьI've followed all his advice and nothing works. I do Intermittant fasting, don't touch sugar, lots of lean meat and fish, avoid carbs and nothing. Not one pound. Apparently doesnt work for everyone.
