Blender 4.0 | This NEW feature is incredible!

Light linking has been in Maya fore 30 years cmno devs you can do better than that ! The main problem with Blender and Lighting is that lighting needs to be node based fully, this layer system that exists right now is such a slow dumb way to work, dont get me wrong I love Blender but that thing is a deal breaker !

Yay blender finally has something that others already had. Lol. I’m beginning to feel like people are just liking blender because it’s free, tool wise everything else is easier to learn and use. I went from 3Ds max, to c4D and picked it up easily. Blenders ui is so clunky I can’t use the thing.

To make it a bit faster, you dont have click "New" and then drag the car Collection for each light.
You can just click the collection dropdown in the light linking tab of each light and select the Car Collection.

Love this update! Cinema 4d had this too but I'm glad that now blender has it! ♥ Now I love blender more!

Maya has had this feature for years and the process is much easier😒, but the point is that the Blender is free. I know.
