Death will always be a sad and interesting subject to bring up. My aunt passed away from cancer back in January 2020 and then my other aunt passed away in July 2021. My cousin's nephew passed away in a car accident July 2024 😢

You're such a beautiful soul. I will be praying for you 🙏 I think about death often as well. There is a band called Stoneside and the main singer/songwriter is said to be able to communicate with the dead. He channels their stories through his music. I recommend starting with the song "Dust Cloud". It's life changing 🎉❤

I know your pain. My whole experience is very similar. My grandpa, who I was close with, just passed at the very end of September. Similar reasons, suffering for a while, almost 87.

I’m very sorry for your loss, trust me ik it hurts, praying for you.

I also lost a Grandpa, he was pretty old and had been sick on and off for 15 years but it still sucked. Something that helped me was refurbishing some of his old tools and putting them to use. Keep your head up <3

If you're not feeling the grief be happy about that.. we're not all the same not everybody grieves the same. Just like you said.
I mean would you like to invite that horrible feeling that is grief? It's a natural thing to do and it's healthy but it's extremely painful at the same time and if you don't need to do it and you are not suppressing it then you were doing just fine. Also towards the end of life especially when we have medical issues life isn't as great as it once was. Sometimes it's really bad with dementia and Alzheimer's and things like that. I don't want to live that way. I would much rather die before that happens. So death can be a blessing
