Miles Prower, aka "Tails", is considered one of the most iconic sidekicks in all of gaming.

Miles Prower, better known as Tails, is a kind and loyal anthropomorphic fox who was born with two distinct twin tails due to a genetic abnormality and was bullied during his youth. One day, however, he met Sonic the Hedgehog and was inspired to become as cool as him after seeing him run like the wind.
Tails began following Sonic on his adventures and has since become his best friend and sidekick. He uses his twin tails to fly by rotating them like helicopter rotors and is a mechanical genius and aerial pilot.
Tails was initially timid but after meeting Sonic, he has become a more confident, outgoing, brave, independent individual and a hero in his own right. Tails has looked up to Sonic and stood by his side having traveled around the world and far beyond alongside him to stop the ambitions of the evil Dr. Eggman. Tails is considered one of the most iconic sidekicks in all of gaming.
