You said "you can enable optical image stabilization (OIS) at 1080p" did you mean the electronic one that can be enabled? Because it doesn't make sense to me ( I maybe wrong) because OIS is a hardware based feature so it works in any condition (even 4k) but you can't use the electronic image stabilization (EIS) in 4k so in 1080p you can enable EIS in top of OIS (that's my thought)

Again, if I'm wrong, please tell me that I'm wrong and correct me
