IVF success: How good is the 2nd (or 3rd) embryo transfer?

My ist ivf failed 😢

My first transfer was on the 8th...12 days ago. Went for a blood test and it was negative.

My first and second try worked. Unfortunately my first I lost my baby at 19 weeks due to incompetent cervix. I’m 7 weeks right now. Oh I’m 35 and didn’t test my embryos. Will be getting my baby tested at 14 weeks.

Ivf success rate under 35 with Unexplained infertility?

I had my FET on 1st june. Could i do Beta HCG test on 14th?

Age 41,last October I froze 10 blastocysts, march did 2 blastocysts embryo transfer 4aa, no luck unfortunately.
I m preparing for the next embryo transfer but don't know what to check before it

My first IVF failed as it happened on day 3 of egg retrieval with 5cg2 without blastocyst. I am going through second IVF now with frozen egg with 8cg2 3bb, My Endometry 3 lines are very good. What is the success rate now compared to my first IVF

I'm 37 from India after giving birth to a normal child , I he 8 missedabrtion. Nk cells and apla positive. Taken treatment for the same. Even after 4 times transfer of 4aa blastocyst did not gt pregnant. With own eggs. What could be the reason. Please help

What about IUI ?

My first IVF failed. I had 3 blastocyst embryos but only one was genetically normal. I’m not sure if I should try again. I’m 41. I have a high AMH due to my PCOS but clearly the egg quality is bad. I had retrieved 17 eggs and 8 fertilized. But in the end they were all bad eggs.

I lose my ambryo 4 of them and I ask to do again but my doctor said I don't have a lot of chance but I can try for 2nd one I'm really stressing .do you have advice for me 🙏 please

It would be interesting to know how the success rates change with each unsuccessful transfer. For instance, what are the chances of the 7th FET when 6 previous transfers have not resulted in live birth?

I’ve been following this channel for awhile. I did my first frozen transfer on 9/21. I got pregnant, but then miscarried on 10/11. Doc says there’s nothing I did wrong and that it was probably chromosomal, but I’m so scared to miscarry again. My hcg was fantastic the first two (423 and 888, and then I started bleeding and when they drew it when I went in it was only 2254.) weekly blood draws and it’s already down to 11. Next draw is tomorrow morning. I’m so sad, and just hopeful that the second time works for real…

HI MAY 1 IVF IS FAIL

My first time no blastocyst then l need how long time between 2 nd ivf

But my doctor said that first time my chance was 40 not 60%

My 1st attempt was IUI and it was failed
2nd attempt was IVF and it was failed fresh embryo transfer
But im not give up i undergo again
3rd attempt was IVF Again fresh embryo transfer and it was success i transfer 3 blastocyst embryo and only 1 survive i have now a 2years old daughter and i undergo again now my 2 frozen Embryo left in the lab clinic hoping and Pray it will be success

The pregnancy rate is 60%, how come at your hospital it became 78%? It’s almost the same % for non-tested embryos? If some of the untested were abnormal, shouldn’t that decrease the rate?

for the 2nd transfer is suggested intralipid infusion ivf and scratching. I am not sure about the 2nd one that helped but 1st one sounds interesting ....

This video is soooo motivating.... My doctor suggested me to go with Single Embryo transfer but I want to go with Two Embryo transfers. She told reason that first attempt we shud always transfer only One due low success rates of first attempt. This video makes it so clear that it is nothing like that... It depends from person to person... I will go with Two embryos transfer only then.

We opted for a fresh transfer our first attempt, just because a fresh was included with the cost. We transferred 2 day 3 fresh embryos and I'm 6 months with the one that stuck!

Hello My wife had endometrosis problem she is taking medicine for last two months but the result is still positive can anybody guide whats the next step because she is not getting pregment because of endometrosis problem?

We had three miscarriages. First was down syndrome. Second was a blighted ovum. Third was a blighted ovum. We are now at the stage of selecting an embryo. We have a few embryos but only one with a grade A inner cell mass. He others a grade B. We have a few that have grade A for the trophectderom. Based on our history, would you recommend picking the embryo with the highest grade inner cell mass?

I have been following this page for a while and all of the information they have ever posted helped us so much and we are located in England. I am 35 years old and recently got pregnant on our second 5 day old frozen embryo transfer grade 3ab.
Found out on 6dp 5dt which is 11dpo every test before was negative.
Our 5Aa frozen blastocyst failed sadly which was considered to be really good blastocyst.

Insaw a package for 3 transfers in a package u get 3 for like 25k plus other fees. I guess don't go for 1 transfer only do a package for 3 or 4 or more if possiblen

After PTG test with normal chromosome you DON'T have the same chance to get pregnant if you are OLDER than 40 that an embryos with normal chromosome coming from younger women. My 3 healthy embryo fail. I wish to know that info now and don't wast so much money

We did 4 IVF, we got 3 healthy embryo (after PGT test all them had normal number chromosome) all the 3 embryo fail after transfer.

How it is possible? We spend so much money...now we are broken in money and broken in our harts.

My first IVF fet was successful and now 15 wks pregnant. However, we did the PGT-A testing beforehand which probably helped

I did 10 rounds of IVF, I don’t produce many eggs. Usually doc can only retrieve 2 mature eggs max. I did two transfers in the last few years. I now have one last blastocyst tested normal. Fingers crossed

Doc- would you recommend against thawing embryos to test them? We never tested ours and now after 1 failed transfer are considering it. What are the risks vs benefits? We’re both 33 with 14 frozen embryos left.
