Total waste of money. The money should be spent buying $1000 drones. $13 million could buy 13,000 drones. If I was an infantryman, I would feel more protected with a large swarm of 1000 drones than one Booker.

Ya the booker is only aircraft deployable if u have an occupied airfeild cant be air dropped which is what they originally wanted so this makes no sence to the paratroops it was created for. Still very cool

It’s more of a tank then a panzer, tiger, king tiger, t55, t62…. The list goes on and on… I was a tanker in Iraq for 2 year. It literally has the same gun as the original M1 Abrams. 105mm gun on a turret, it’s a tank….

Because tanks are made to fight other tanks , primarily. This one has too small of a gun to takeout enemy tanks. It is a "fire support vehicle".

I was a tanker in Vietnam but I wouldn’t want to be in a tank on todays modern battlefield.
The influx of all of the new anti tank weapons has diminished the value of modern armor.

The (again) return of the light tanks, (just thank about the soviet PT76 and many others from the 1960`s)...history repeats over and over again. What was maybe obsolete and useless is decades later back again.

It seems aerial attacks are by far the most lethal threats faced by armor today, even when taking mines into account. I would could curious if any new tech is in the pipeline to mitigate this threat.

Any vehicle that is encased in armor and has a gun that can fire while 'buttoned up' is a tank, in my opinion.

I am not too confident about the forward placement of the tank engine. I see maintenance issues already. Do you need to remove the armour protection before you can access the engine for repair ?
