I guess is an industry that produces jobs. But I would never understand why someone will want to spend money in old piece of junk. I rather drive a luxury twin turbo A8 and be safe in an accident that be fancy looking like Old miss Daisy on an old junk that could injure the driver with a simple fender bender accident.

Nice documentary but you were skipping a lot of processes like engine washing, installing cylinder sleeves , cylinder head assembly and first start of the restored engine

I always check the number of welds is correct according to the manufacturer's specification when I buy a zero kilometers 300k Euros car. lol . Watching this gave me anxiety. What an operation, ey !!! The Germans !!!
