Question of the Week: What's your biggest challenge in software development right now?


For me, it's a challenge to balance what I need to learn for work, with what I want to learn for my personal development.

My biggest challenge right now is estimating time. I’ve noted that usually guess half the amount of time it actually will take. Hence if I think it will only take me a month, I say two months. But I don’t actually know why it takes two months and I really think it will only take a month.
