My momma instincts would've kicked in right away (sane women have momma instincts), and I would've sprung into action to get the bugs off of her by giving her a bath, have my brother run to dollar general for diapers, put her in one of the diapers after the bath, then wrap her in an old towel to keep her warm. I'd pretty much just babysit until the ambulance would get to my parents' house, cuz it takes forever for emergency services to get to someone who needs help.

For you folks complaining about a video being taken of the baby: it is good to have video documentation on where the baby was found and what condition she was found, for any future legalities and custody issues. I think the person videoing and the person that called 911 were two different fellows.
