Thank GOODness!! I just suffered through with a bad video where they kept cutting back to the person instead of keeping focus on what was going on on the board!! Great job illustrating. The only thing I do differently is when I cut a chicken into parts I like the bone on the breast so I just cut straight through there.

Man i just moved for the first time and i watched like 5 videos how to cut chicken but all of them are just too fast and expects like i have lot of cooking experience i guess this finally is great slow and understandable, im following this channel to learn how to not die by hunger lol

This is by far the best video on cutting up a whole chicken. All the other videos focus the camera too much on the person doing the cutting rather than the cutting motions. Will definitely be forwarding this to my friends!
