NVIDIA RTX Voice noise cancellation: How to Setup and Test

I unfortunately have had so much trouble with this program who is disappointing bc it’s the best sounding one I’ve had sadly

for some reason when i try to click remove background noise it loads and it says nvidia rtx is not responding

sir i am tight over budget I can purchase mic of 50 dollars.i can buy shotgun or condenser mic.i use camera for videos and has rtx 3080.i want to just record video and everything like background noise and audio syncing etc to be done by software.please guide me if this is possible i don't have time to remove background noise first and then sync background removed audio with video.

do not buy ANYTHING from newegg , customer service is absolutely

Mine started bugging out recently and now whenever I use it my friends say i sound like a robot. It used to work just fine along with a webcam software that I would use, but since yesterday they have both been bugging out if i use them at the same time. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
