RHEL 8.1 - Live Kernel Patching

So after I reboot the system kpath systemd will start and give me the same fixes.

But I still should install the kennel patches for real when I have that possibilit and then preform a reboot. What happens with the kpath systemd when I do? Do I need to do something else?
