Animate SF Symbols with .symbolEffect in iOS 17

why these features are only available to the newest os only ? why no backward compatibility with older version of iOS ? it is very silly to require user to update to the latest OS only for such Wrappers
i am very upset because my older 2015 mac is not able to run Xcode 15 for the first time i am watching your beautiful videos like a Movie i can't redo the same stuff
