IF NONE OF THIS WORKS ITS BECAUSE YOUR PS4 FOR SOME REASON IS NO LONGER COMPATIBLE WITH THAT HARD DRIVE , HAPPENED TO ME WITH MY 1TB AND USED A 4TB DRIVE INSTEAD AND IT WORKED FINE

got a reliable hard drive with good reviews and it lasted barely a week before it made my ps4 slower and wouldnt repair. Been like this for about 2 years and i hope doing it on a PC works.
