in case anybody here is thinking why the try catch block on user.php file is not working because pdo was never set in the database.php file to catch database exceptions example unique email or anything inorder to do that we can add in the options array
PDO::ATTR_ERRMODE, PDO::ERRMODE_EXCEPTION
or we can use
$this->conn->setAttribute(PDO::ATTR_ERRMODE, PDO::ERRMODE_EXCEPTION);
conn is just the connection variable.
