We recently updated to a paid account and the calendar button is missing. How do I schedule a meeting?

Teams invites DO NOT say the timezone on the invite. This is a major error that MS needs to fix. it tries to guess my time zone but gets it wrong, and I have no way to know its wrong. the only work around is if the meeting host will type out the time and timezone of the meeting and put it in the text of the email.
