I know it must be crazy for two British dudes to envision this, but in America its quite frequent to have situations where a large amount of land is passed down in the family, and the residents living there dont have money to build proper housing or fully utilize their property to its best potential. Especially where I live in bumfvck WV, theres many families with 50+ acres making less than 60k a year
