The song and the movie always remembers me of my childhood (when the movie came out I was 10). It seems familiar, but I can’t remember to have seen the movie or listening to the music when I was a child. Maybe I saw it in a trailer when I was young and loved it, but I can’t remember.

I remember this being a feature presentation on TNT in their short lived anime block.

Paprika, Apple seed and Armitage: dual matrix they aired around 20 years ago.

How a minute glimpse in mainstream television exposed me to the better animation that existed in the East and i never liked back.

The song is so emotional that i always start crying whenever i hear it. It sounds very dreamy, nostalgic, happy and sad at the same time. That emotinal note in the chorus touches my heart and my soul every time. It's so amazing that the combination of istrumentals, voices and melody really can speak to you even if you don't understand the lyrics. The beautiful power of music❤

Listening to this song just makes me want to throw away everything I'm doing in my life right now and just "live" instead. A dangerous thought, but an exciting one nonetheless.
