It’s actually hysterical that a show involving cybersecurity in such a way does something WILDLY insecure to the point of accidentally doxxing an innocent person’s number.

legitimately curious because I never finished the show, at what level of widespread knowledge would using this information be okay, everything in the show would've been created/developed/written by some previous person as all cybersecurity information is. Not saying their action was justified or claiming that example is identical to other aspects of the security stuff written. but curious what makes this specific instance so much different than everything else in the show?
