Great video, thank you, you are awesome 😎
ОтветитьI just did the oil change for my dad camry. I panicked when you said 6.4 quarts. Then realized that was for the v6 😅
ОтветитьVery nice video. I was amazed that the tech was able to get the plastic drain plug on the canister with one hand. It is a bear to overcome the canister's inside spring, but I'm thinking with the vehicle raised on a lift one gets more arm power to push it in than just having the vehicle on jack stands. The otherinnovative way to get it on is using two thumbs; one on either side to equalize the pressure. Great istructions and video work.
ОтветитьExcellent work. It’s nice to see someone actually do it right for a change. I’d lube the O-rings completely before installing them though.
ОтветитьGood video! You're the first one I've heard mention about the tricks of the old days. I remembered they'd pull my dad's dipstick and show him how it was a qrt low and want to add another qrt. Course he always told them no he'd take care of it. He showed me the next morning that that the level was right where it was supposed to be.
ОтветитьGood video, but I have to say my 2006 Honda Accord is much easier.
ОтветитьOil change with 1/2 drive lol. Good thing the other person didn't have air tools.
ОтветитьWow I've never seen a plug in that tight
ОтветитьQuestion: is this multi-component design superior to the traditional canned oil filter?
ОтветитьGood show 🎉
Ответитьone i had the plug for the filter drain was so tight on it loses the top part so i just screwed the whole unit off- messy with the oil drain of it. but what else could i do? so i just put a new filter and screwed it back on. you did not cover this if this happens and it does.
ОтветитьReally hate it people over torque everything especially God knows they even heard of torque wrench or torque specs. I had muscle strain in my chests changing my sister's tyre... A tyre! One car, we had to get guy from tyre shop too. He bought a pipe as extension to take out the lug nuts. I'm not sure my local toyota sc did a pretty job when getting alignment done gone bad, hate it when some transport agency praise toyota like they did everything good.
ОтветитьAwesome job 👏🏼
ОтветитьWhich oil brand toyota prefers works with high mileage 130k miles. 2012 Camry V6?
ОтветитьVery good video, thanks!!
ОтветитьWouldn't it be nice if all repair shops too the time to actually clean off the oil soaked parts like she did with Brakleen and wipe them down, etc. Truth is, almost none would do it that way because they take so many short cuts. Sometimes their poor work results in additional problems during or after their own work, which they will happily take your money to fix.
ОтветитьLove your honesty
ОтветитьThan you
ОтветитьThis is a kickass badass young lady. I hope her company treats her well.
ОтветитьThis is by far the BEST oil change video 🙏 THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьAn Excellent Video. there is one thing worse than Tight-Tighter!
ОтветитьAnother half assed engineering mistake, just stick with the spin on type, screw these cartridge types. They learned their lesson on the 2018, back to a spin on type.
ОтветитьNice job,
Just noticed they put the small Oring underneath the filter from inside, that's why I do my own oil change for 7 years now
You are amazing!👍
ОтветитьAwesome video
ОтветитьThis a great Video. You are organized. I have saw some others that well not for me. It is 2022 and oil changes are $89.00 at the dealer. I am looking to get some of the tools. Well being a senior getting down is easy. Getting up is hard. lol
ОтветитьThe tutorial is great but the filter is really bad
ОтветитьThat filter stupid the old one is better 😡
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьWow, this is rare... Not may women Do oil changes!! LOL she used a whole bottle of brake cleaner on an oil filter housing!
ОтветитьWhat kind of oil
ОтветитьWow, a TRUE professional! Thanks to a stupid service center (big chain store, don't care to share the name) failing to secure the under-carriage aero panel on my '14 Taurus SHO, it was damaged. When I decided to go back to performing my own oil changes, I was greeted with over-tightened fasteners, just as you showed in this video. This is typical of stupid shops that turn out services as quick as possible. The "techs" could care less about possibly stripping oil pans, etc. Thanks for the info...
ОтветитьAlways love watching this lady she the best fr 💯
Ответитьthis is the best guide for a Toyota by far. thank you for taking the time to explain this. just easily changed the oil on my brothers Camry because I was informed so well by this video
ОтветитьHercules must have worked at one of those quick lube places...I remember that one ad where the guy looks at the stream of oil leaving the shop down to the street and goes "bummer"..
..
18 ft lbs....dats a lot of brake clean...kewl personality
ОтветитьThe dealership by me tightens this stuff like that too. I broke my first filter tool and had to return for another. No one cares about your stuff like you do. Find someone trustworthy and stick with them.
ОтветитьThe person tightening down all the necessary areas for the oil change is definitely NOT a man, it was a manBOY!!! 😂 😆 😝 excellent video … I hope the driver of this vehicle sees this video… insane
ОтветитьExcellent job, thanks for sharing this video
ОтветитьBrake kleen on the oil filter housing is something i have never done in my life.
ОтветитьVery good. Thanks.
ОтветитьI like this lady. Very thorough and clear demonstration. Thank you
ОтветитьRecently bought a 2017 Camry and this video is very informative. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. Very good job.
ОтветитьFantastic. Thanks so much!
Ответитьwhat was the brake fluid brand you used to clean filter housing?
ОтветитьHelp me the oil filter cap is over tightened when I took it to Toyota how do I get it off? I tried tightening the oil filter cap by itself isolating the oil filter drain but still can’t get it off and I really don’t want to take it to them again??
ОтветитьCuestion, can washed with regular water them and putting back or I have dry first dry them???
Ответить
