ОтветитьYour support simply SUCKS. I have to say that I am very disappointed with one aspect about Audient products: the software bundle from Steinberg. While the quality of the interface (I bought an ID4 mk2) is really high, things gets ugly in getting the bundle software and the support from both the Firms. I am a IT man and I use to follow scrupulously procedures. I registered my ID4, got the code voucher, then I went to my Steinberg account (I know Cubase since it was on Atari PC...) and followed the procedure to download the bundle sw (I have all the screen saved). Results? No download code. I opened TWO SUPPORT TICKETS: one to Audient, one to Steinberg. Audient answered but what they did is to suggest me to redo the procedure. Didn't work. Then they suggested me to contact Steinberg (things I already did). Steinberg, in turn, didn't showed at all. RESULT: I was promised to have some software to record my music when buying ID4 I GOT NOTHING. Now I am looking for other DAWs. My suggestion is that both Firms offer no support if you have problems with their products. Steinberg behaviour, between the two, it is simply UNACCEPTABLE.
ОтветитьI keep getting stuck on log-in stage, it keeps asking for a code 'Sent from Authenticator App'.
But I can find no such app. Have googled, searched Steinberg community forums, faqs, help files, the download assistant, activation manager, e-licencer, etc. . Nothing comes up called an Authenticator App. And nothing else that generates a 6 digit code. Anybody know what this is?
How can I add other products like the "Wave Lab" in your example. I have other programs I wanna use in Cubase, and I intstalled them via the assistant. But they don't show up in the programm itself, nowhere.
When I install these things then there is the green bar shown, but no checkmark in it? What did I do wrong?
I have DAC for both Cubase LE AI 12 and Retrolouge 2, but when I opened the Steinberg Download Assistant, It is showing only Retrolouge 2 under My Product Downloads. Due to this I'm not able to access the Cubase LE AI 12 application even I have the soft eLicenser keys.
Kindly revert if anyone has the solution. I have raised ticket but still no response.

ОтветитьI purchased an Upgrade from Cubase elements 11 to Cubase Artists 12 . None of the above video download steps worked. About a month ago I requested support using Steinbergs "ticket" system , Still waiting for a response . Cubase is great product but Steinberg support is very very poor.

ОтветитьHey guys, ive paid for Cubase pro (upgrade from Cubase Artist). Everytime I tried to install cubase pro, it keeps running Cubase artist. Ive un-installed everything, and started again but it keeps running Cubase Artist. Lost days trying to fix this. And NO im not reloading windows LOL. (I know this will fix it). In the download assistant it shows cubase pro as I have registered it there. Why is is you support impossible to use either. I cant seem to talk to anyone easily. To be honest this whole system of installation is horrible and it makes me angry and fustrated. I feel like ive been robbed. You sell me something that doesn't work, everyone one here is complaining about it, and I cant talk to anyone to fix it. Im seriously considering coming and finding the Steinberg people and having a word to you face to face! Hello???
ОтветитьHello, Ive downloaded cubase Le from purchasing my zoom recorder. It had me download "Cubase LE AI Elements 12" but I don't find the activation code. it doesn't show up in my licenser, but I can use it with no problem. Am I elibible for an "upgrade price"?

ОтветитьAfter downloading cubase and putting the access code i dont get the activation code. whats going on? on the video it seems all automatic, but in my case it says "the licence is automatically activated upon initializing cubase le for tascam" (and doesnt work)
ОтветитьThe page mentioned here to download products does not look like the one showed in this video. It is the 'Profile' page and there is no link of products. I tried to download Steinberg Sequel 3 and it is nowhere to be found in the product list in the website but you are advertising it as a FREE product with 'Amazing capabilities'. The 'Download Assistant' is so much complicated. It downloads so many data but I could not get the FREE Steinberg Sequel 3. Even getting support is so complicated and problematic. Why don't you people make it easy for people. Your complicated method is discouraging people to use your products.

ОтветитьHey Steinberg - not really happy about your new licensing system as my account says I've activated Cubase 12 on 3 systems even though it's only installed on 2 computers. I've submitted a support ticket over two weeks ago which you still haven't replied to - what's going on??

Is there a possibility to delete the registered / activated device via web page e.g. - because in that scenario the activation manager is not useable.
Are there also future plans to enable iLok device instead of the usb dongle - or are the future plans only to support online activation?
It's about time that you updated the download manager to show whether I've already installed something. It currently gives no indication if a product is installed or not, or indeed if I even have a licence for it. This gets very confusing. Lazy, lazy programming which makes this arcane piece of software even more of a ballache to use.
