i love love love this episode , Tim brings in some new fun and love the way he talks, you both meld well together, i love this greg ovens . How does one go about getting to see you and spend a week learning and surviving?. this is on my bucketlist

I haven't been one to particularly test this concept, but I've heard that worms are harder to find in coniferous forests due to the acidity in the soul. Maybe that's why Tim couldn't find worms on his trip around the lake.

It's a nice, calm morning on the lake, AND THE FISH ARE BITING! That's the way I like to go camping and fishing.
Congrats to tim on your 1st bow and drill fire. I would have been breaking out the Cordless drill, and going Techno-Flintstones!
so far, The only drill fire I've been able to make was by using a harbor freight drill on the job....Kind of different, and it makes your fish taste funny.

Bushcraft & Survival Skills ... Must have found a bacon & eggs bush.

You use the same barbecue sauce I used to use but now I don't buy barbecue sauce because it's so easy to make and it's way better tasting

I love Kenmore haven't been there for quite a few years but the food there is pretty expensive that's all I remember and then the road that went over top of the mountains and around and you could come back down the other way very nice area but very costly to live

Tim will cherish that memory forever! I would too. I'd trade him places too. What a great trip. I guess this winter when I have time I'll have to try that bow drill fire making!
