How can you tell when its fully charged? I know for experience that the type of battery they use can be compromised very easily by over charging. Thank for any help you can give.

I do weddings, and often disappointed about how low the bride is when she does her vows. You really can't put a wireless mic pack on her. So, I would be using this just to get her vows, not exactly sure where I'd put it, but I have an idea. Is the sound tinny and hollow, or can I get away with it for a few seconds in a professional production. I think it may be better than nothing. Thank you

I'm on Windows 7. When I insert the device into a USB port, I am denied permission to the contents and cannot override the permissions as is possible with most things. Any ideas on to overcome this? Nice review, by the way.

Is it possible to connect the voice recorder to a Samsung Galaxy using an OTG cable? I'm trying to play from my phone so that I can connect to my car via Bluetooth and listen to recorded lectures while driving.

This product is almost useless in most conditions when it comes to recording.  It picks up more noise than any recorder I've ever used, to the point where conversations become inaudible.  A very slight breeze or the least bit of rubbing on clothes etc, and the recording becomes unusable.

HI I shoot video and use this as a back up. I love the little things and have bought several over the last two years. ( I drown them occasionally... Not a good idea.) My BIGGEST and really my only problem with the recorder is I'm not able to change to the current date. ANYBODY have this problem and has a solution?

These are so good, I use them on a daily basis they are great-I know who is talking about me-this gadget proved i was not being paranoid.

how to change it rate on it ? I couldn’t figure out how to access them.

I was using the item yesterday morning. yesterday afternoon it isn't working. The red light will not go off and also when it was inserted into the computer a window used to come up as to access the files. I also try to see the device in computer properties it doesn't show up. I tried resetting it like in the instructions too. What other troubleshooting methods could there be done as I figure maybe the internal software got confused so to speak.

You may have said how already, but how would I erase the recording?

hi this looks like a great flash dribe torecord but before i even buy it can u tel me if i can conect it to my boombox as well and record my music into it or doesnt it record if i conect it to my stereo system or windows to start recirding

Is a TF memory card required?

I have four of these USB audio recorders and none of them are recognized by Windows. USB Drive F is greyed out. When I click to open the drive, it says "Please insert a disk into USB drive F". I tried all of the fixes (search for driver update, etc) to no avail. So, files are inaccessible. I used to have one just like the device in this video that worked for a couple of years. Now it has stopped working in that the drive is not accessible. I also tried opening it with another computer. I suspect that a Windows update has rendered these recorders obsolete.

It won’t play on my laptop

I purchased one about 8 years ago when this video was made. This thing went into the washing machine a couple of times and still works. I used it for the dishonest employees at work and had them fired.
