Ответитьfantastic video; thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьYou're a great teacher. Thanks.
ОтветитьJust woow😮
ОтветитьThis is great, thank you so much, It was just what I was looking for! To get the best effect and to control the light is it best to have a completely dark room?
ОтветитьHi there! If you want to ad 1 light when filming how do you measure the light? I tried to measure the way you do for photography, my nikon d800 handle it well but my canon g16 with the same lightmeter settings my face we're 3 steps overexposed, why?
ОтветитьThe Good
Ответитьi just want to know how it will look if the lights are placed exactly at the back of the subject that shadow look
ОтветитьWhat we see in the video is that edited in a way to make it look darker in post or is this fresh out the camera. And what were you camera setting?
ОтветитьHow does the background stay completely black?
ОтветитьNow I know I can create a professional looking interview with a camera + a black background + a light positioned at different angles. I'm much less stressed now. 🤣👍
ОтветитьIs there some kind of settings on the camera that allows just you to be seen and not the rest of the room behind you? In the clips where you show the light and camera positioning the entire room is lit up, so I am wondering how you get the effect where just your face and upper body are lit and visible but nothing else about the room is. Thanks.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьLearned a lot from this video. Definitely going to switch up the lighting on my channel!
Ответитьhi, may i know what is the ISO, Shutter speed, fps to use for getting this type of dark video effect ??
ОтветитьI am a 3D character artist and I was looking for some light set up to show it the best way, this video is just amazing, very usefull and straight to te point
Ответитьlegend. This was so helpful thank you! Simple and powerful results with a minimalist set up. Love the stylized uses of this

ОтветитьWhat godox box are you using
ОтветитьMan this info is absolutely awesome. It helped me a lot to understand where to put my Softbox & what can I get when the softbox is in that position. Thanks a lot man.
ОтветитьLove this tutorial. Great help. Thank You Kal.
ОтветитьI have a newbie question. I love the way your background is completely gone. I've been trying to do this with a wall in my guitar studio that is all black felt. But you can always see the felt background in my videos. How do you get your background to be completely removed? For example when you pull away in your larger views where you can see your light and the camera, you can see your background is all wrinkled. Yet again you don't see that in your close-up shots.
Does that have more to do with your f-stop and camera settings? Thanks and greet video.
Actually how did you manage to keep ur background pitch black ? Did not the light illuminate the screen or u made it using chroma key ?
ОтветитьGreat video! Thank you for sharing! 🙌🏻
