The Moringa Latte made you hungry because adding ginger increases your fat burning capabilities, increases healty blood flow, thus increasing your metabolism and that is why you were hungrier. I used a similar combo because it makes a great pre workout. I know your video is 4yrs old. Bless Up

I live in Toronto Canada, I use the fresh Moringa leafs for tea daily, I crush ginger and tumeric in it, I also add cloves and cinnamon stick just to add flavor and it's amazing, my energy level is fantastic

We indians have been using moringa ( which is what is pronounced in tamil ) for like 2000 years and it's used in our ancient siddha and Ayurveda medical systems as well. There is not side effects if consumed moderately . And you can make many types of dishes with it. Moringa seeds and pods , the trunk and root are also used.

Hi DrJoe, my understanding when talking your blood pressure is that you sit normal but your arm is to be straight out on the side even with your shoulder or level. (not in front of you) Please let me know if this is true. That's how I have been taking my pressure.
