Hi Friends! In this video I have shared with you some tips on how you can make very crisp pakoras, just like the halwai style pakoras, at home.
I have used 4 different vegetables, 1 starchy vegetable- Potatoes, 1 leafy vegetable- Spinach, 1 waxy vegetable - Green Chilies & 1 moisture rich vegetable- Onions, to explain the difference in how you need to treat these vegetables for making crispy pakoras.
Also the secret to a perfect batter for making pakoras and the tips to keep in mind while frying the pakoras.
