Dictionary Declaration in C# — Part 2: Unique Keys, Refactoring and Extension Methods

I get error message if I try to make the AddFruitQuantity method private (or public for that matter) inside Program.cs: "The modifier 'private' is not valid for this item." It's all good if I just leave out the word "private".
