ОтветитьI started crying because I kept falling over doing the second glute one, I literally couldn’t get my arm through, I think I replayed it 10 times trying to get it, I feel so defeated since I was doing so good. I had to skip that whole bit.

ОтветитьI am a nail artist, and because of my work, my back hurts all the time. In the morning, I can't even move my right hand until I use a special back massager. I regularly work out in the gym and trained my back (thinking that weak muscles were the reason for the pain), but it didn't help me.
My suffering ended after I started practicing Pilates with Nicole. Right after the workout, I feel lightness in my body, and all the tensions go away, along with the pain in my back and hand.
Thank you for your work! It has truly made my life so much easier.

ОтветитьIt's now the second time I did this workout... first time I was struggling... Now on the second time I feel a whole lot more energised afterwards. Its a tough workout but you are very positive and helpful. I think this is gonna be one of my favorite workouts I have. Thankssss
