Jo aap bana rhe wo basically curd water mixture nai h?
If I am not wrong.. after taking out butter from this after churning it enough, what remains is chaach.. instead of the whole thing. Right? What you made would contain all the fat which curd has. But butter milk is supposed to be light(without the fat)

That's how I have always seen in my village. And also the dairy .

This recipe is like jugaad. Isn't it? It's not proper chaach. Proper chaach requires more work.
