Thanks! (Bedankt ;) ) for the tips. Any tips for a first game? what genre is nice for a first game? I mean, an RPG is kinda big; story, inventory system etc etc. Maybe a short platformer? I am thinking of making a small platformer for mobile phone. Just to release a game of myself that i can show to other people.

Good tips man! I work on games, but sometimes find it hard not to just sit down and play other people's games, haha. It's tough when you work a day job too, and at the end of the day, just not up to it. I find my best times are on weekend mornings.

Thank you :) I've wanted to make games for a long time, but you're the person that made it click for me, a little while ago and made me start working seriously on it in my free time. After a difficult start I've started to gain confidence and some skills, hopefully I'll have finished my first game in a few months :)
