The intermission with John's son epic yoyo tricks was so great! He literally blew my mind; I thought walking the dog was cool when I tried.

I missed the Nautilus super pullover. It isolated lots better than any machine because it takes the arms out of the equation.

I love watching these videos. It always feels as if you are still here and advising in the gym. I always learned a lot from the seasoned guys in the gym.
Especially when you find the one's that could explain why they did it, what doesn't work because of experience ,trial and error, and him being a dedicated family man.

Agreed about band pull ups. I had to go to these initially due to tendinitis, I haven't had any issues since. You can use absolutely perfect form, no swinging due to the pull of the band.
