ОтветитьYou are by far the one person that inspired me the most to pursue my love for photography. Been following you for years and your work is always inspiring and motivating.
Keep it up, Pete!
So what did you end up doing with your photo?
ОтветитьYou make it look soooo easy Ben lol
ОтветитьI would have to watch this a thousand times to absorb and retain it all lol
Ответитьhow can i learn any of the tools your using? Its going so fast i cant learn anything besides watch u edit a photo. look u prolly to busy to even write back to this. I am new to all this i am practicing with luminar and lighroom.. I also started out with photoshop. I think i need to learn about photo editing before i can learn much in photoshop. i have looked around for some type of online courses or videos to pay for to learn this stuff.. any ideas? forget my punctuaution
ОтветитьSheesh, I feel like my brain is expanded faster than I can comprehend. Good stuff. Thanks matey
ОтветитьI'm having issues with my radial filter, its lagging so bad now after upgrading to windows 11 and doing a clean system install. What the heck am I missing in the settings? My machine is a beast so its not lagging in that way. Also got three m.2's and 2 SSD's in my pc. Note paid subscription too, not cracked lol

ОтветитьThank you so much! It works really well!
Ответитьthese are techniques I have been using since I started learning photoshop…in 1997. Benjamin has totally mastered it. 100% do all the same with my current photography.
ОтветитьThis guy is amazing
ОтветитьGrande Peter!!! Thankyou
ОтветитьSweet!
ОтветитьHoly crap! The lighting on Ben in his instructional part of this video is awesome too.
ОтветитьThis is no longer photography
Ответитьpretty disappointed we didnt see how you edited your photo afterwards
ОтветитьPeter, would you suggest editing our own photos or hiring a professional retoucher?
ОтветитьWhat name apk ??
ОтветитьKind of a proud moment for myself as i knew how to do this before the video and it does super duper help with adding just that little bit of pop to a photo even if you have a subject
Ответитьyo bro your content is so amazing keep up
ОтветитьTuo need ask Matti why light is North evry Day different, reason that is Sun what give evry Day different light in North Area.
When yuo go stret photo in Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm, sunset and sunrise IS evry Day different logation
so what you are saying is......anyone can take the picture you editing...and anyone can use Lightroom to edit, but it all depends on how creative you are with the editing....interesting, as that does not make you a great photographer.
ОтветитьYou don't need to use your hands when your talking it's distracting and annoying
ОтветитьPeter how much will you take to cut your hair ??
I million dollars? 🙂
Benjamin seems super chill.
ОтветитьI never realized how similar you sound to Ryan Reynolds Deadpool
ОтветитьAs far as I'm concerned, Ben is a magician
ОтветитьPlease don't use the towball to recover a vehicle. That is an absoloute no no!!!
Ответитьlove this... so much goodness! thx @benjaminhardman
Ответитьbaaaaah, tá editando o que sabe 👏👏 aulas e cursos, or better, classes 'n curses
ОтветитьWant to do that course.
ОтветитьThis is total manipulation not photography, the only " photography" your friend did was the outline shapes of rocks or whatever, and i was told you were good.
ОтветитьThis is what old folks call Dodging and Burning.... LOL
ОтветитьWhat camera was pulled out when you told the dude the light was hitting awesome?
ОтветитьHe looks like Jared Leto)
ОтветитьWow nice place!
ОтветитьI wish i could learn how to set up that amazing studio recording of bens! looks so clean!
ОтветитьSO MUCH TO EDIT 😆😆😆😆😆
ОтветитьHow on earth have i never thought of this 🤯🤯🤯
ОтветитьOMG same old aaaaaarrrrrr
ОтветитьI want that pirate hat
ОтветитьI'm just getting started with editing photo's but since I don't have the money to pay for something like lightroom (I'm 15), I started with Darktable. However I struggle to find good tutorials on Darktable and after a while, I still didn't get any further than some little tweaks to the color balance. Any advice?
ОтветитьI am not a purist, or an elitist, not even a paid professional. But I have been doing photography, videography, and photoshop for over 2 decades.
Photoshop was my jam, won a lot of creative contests, and did things like HDR merges before anyone even knew what HDR was.
I specialized in photo-realistic edits that look 100% true to life, but the whole thing is fake.
What I saw here is much in line with many things I used to do in photoshop, but I was always under the impression that beyond some exposure, white balance, sharpening, etc that extreme edits like this are more photo editing not photo correcting, and thus no longer would quality as "photos" but start entering more into the artistic domain.
But since the technique is being crafted by a professional photographer, would this still be something you could submit to a photography publication?, if so where is the line drawn?
I'd just hate to have someone have a reputation smashed if someone was exposed for "editing" photos rather than correcting them, and this thought came to mind so I figured t I would bring it up for friendly discussion.
Huh, ive been using this masking technique for a month and a half or so without realizing how absolutely gamechanging it can be. Gonna be doing more detailed masking in the future for sure
