I just looked it up, according to the Wiki, they're pulled out of sows that are being processed for pork. The fetal pigs that aren't preserved to be cut open later just get thrown away, so I guess this is actually kind of waste effective, at least someone can learn something about mammals before they're tossed out.

It would be so much more helpful if the animal were fresh and not preserved for the video. That way tissue texture and color differences can be appreciated. As it is it make structure differences very difficult to discern.

This was the first time i have seen a premature pig, to be honest it's the only thing i have found kind of disgusting
