Taylor Sheridan is an exceptionally talented man. His screenplays for Sicario and Hell or High Water won awards and his direction and story of Wind River is superb. There are many moments of profound dramatic acting here. When the father opens the door, sees his friend and his face crumbles in pain. Renner's declaration, " That's a warrior. " The father telling Renner, " If you find out who did this, I don't care WHO it is. You understand me? " Renner replies, " Right where they stand. " Excellent film!
ОтветитьThis movie was a masterpiece. Jeremy Renner is an incredibly underrated actor.
ОтветитьMust give credit to Jim Jordon who played Pete. He did an incredible job of making you hate everything about him. Especially in this scene, he also did some incredible acting.
ОтветитьCopy that
ОтветитьGreat acting in this movie!!
ОтветитьThis is Renners best performace. He was absolutely fantastic in this movie.
ОтветитьThat's a cold ass ending
ОтветитьGreat movie, tough watch.
Ответить“Six miles. Barefoot. That’s a warrior.” The monster responsible couldn’t even make it 50 yards.
Ответитьwatched this movie yesterday, and honestly shoutout to James Jordan, who plays Pete here. He made the character so shockingly revolting - what i felt for him reminded me of Joffrey from GoT. But he did it in under ten minutes of screentime.
ОтветитьAnyone else thinks they wanted to make us realise the main character was a Skinwalker?
ОтветитьRevenge is a dish, best served COLD
ОтветитьI want you to run.
ОтветитьSaw the movie again yesterday. The seventh anniversary of its premiere was yesterday.
I almost never fully appreciated the film before. But it's such a beautiful story about pain, family, life, accepting and dealing with the harder things it brings. About solitude and loneliness.
And acting is so good, especially Renner. He has never been better than here.
This movie hurt - I cannot rewatch it. Was that good - that it haunts.
Ответитьhawkeye is a sharpshooter in every movie
ОтветитьSo sad how in America pretty white women that are missing always make the news but not missing Native American women or other women of color. I’m glad this movie shows just how fucked up it is that this problem is ignored.
ОтветитьJeremy Renner is such a good actor
ОтветитьI suffer from severe tinnitus which makes my ears very sensitive to loud noise.
So when Jeremy fire his rifle right at Pete’s ear.
That moment REALLY makes me cringe.
Pete didn’t deserve a quick death anyway.
My only problem with this movie is that it's clearly 40 degrees out when they say it's actually cold.
ОтветитьRenner is an acting legend. In the Bourne films, avengers, and this.
ОтветитьTechnically what Jeremy Renner's character did here could be considered murder. In fact it would.
ОтветитьRandy Marsh after the divorce
Ответитьanyone know what kind of weapon he’s holding?
ОтветитьDidnt even make it 100 feet
ОтветитьIf he ran downward would he have lived
Also when he shot him I think he wanted him scared so the cold could plus the adrenaline would pump in his lungs so that he die faster
This scene is ironic ❤
ОтветитьThat's what it looks like getting into heaven after the Native Americans never received justice or repreations. The Catholic Chuch will have its day of judgment.
ОтветитьSo how exactly did he die
ОтветитьHighly underrated movie I just saw it for the first time WOW!!!
ОтветитьI really love Jeremy´s Renner character. So good real man with a code of honor.
ОтветитьAmazing movie
ОтветитьOne of the best films that seemingly gets no recognition. It’s baffling. It’s so good.
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьYeah, I think this is a bit of dramatic license used here in the movie to have the villain die in this method. The extremely low temperatures needed to cause a death like this probably would not have been met here. Its mid-day on a sunny day, they are pretty much at tree line (so probably less than 12,000 ft.) and judging from the crunch of the snow, it's actually relatively warm. You can't even see their breath when they're speaking. It would have taken hours for this guy to die due to the exposure.
ОтветитьDid what needed to be done.
ОтветитьI don’t understand how he died? How is Renners character not dying too? Is it the shoes/clothing? Im an Aussie and I’ve never seen snow IRL, I really know nothing about very cold weather
ОтветитьSUMMON HIM BACK FROM THE DEAD AND MAKE HIM RUN AGAIN
ОтветитьThis was nowhere near brutal enough of a violent ending for a rapist.
ОтветитьThe final scene? Except for the Hospital scene with the FBI agent and the scene with his native friend. DId you forget?
ОтветитьOne of my favorite movies of all time. I can't imagine the pain of losing my daughter, especially in the way their daughters were lost. No parent should ever have to experience that.
ОтветитьGreat storytelling, awesome casting, and was very well filmed, it was visually stunning. Taylor Sheridan basically telegraphed his cast for Yellowstone with some MCU thrown in between their movies.
ОтветитьI felt that sound of the rifle. Especially now when I wear my headphone. 😵💫
ОтветитьRenner's face after he said he r*ped her... You can see him instantly break, such good acting
ОтветитьA haunting, heartbreaking masterpiece.
ОтветитьNot the final scene.
Ответить“That’s a warrior.”
