Is it possible to make an RPG game that's action in some parts and turn-based in other parts, for RPG Maker MV?

This looks fantastic, but the music does not match the pace of the combat. Its geared more towards very fast combat, while this demo's combat is much slower.

This is great, I got so fatigued from turn-based battles thanks to RPG Maker that I may avoid the game just because they have them.

Many developers don't know how to make a good experience they just pad their project with battles.
not understanding that it's not fun just mindlessly doing that...

Of course some people think it is. And sadly don't understand why other people wouldn't enjoy that...
But it's less tedious when is in real time.
