Do you live in a hotel?
ОтветитьThis is all fun and giggles until you start coding with libav. 😅
ОтветитьI'm sorry but bwdif provides a more natural image after deinterlacing than yadif.
ОтветитьEditing skills on 100 cause I had to start the vid over to make sure its wasn't my settings lmao
ОтветитьThe openssl command line is hauntingly similar to ffmpeg's command line. I just spent a day trying to issue client-certs for a private CA and then have curl actually use it. I'd love to see a roast of openssl too!
Ответитьffmpeg -i input2.MP4 -filter:v "setpts=0.1*PTS" -an timelapse2.1.ogv
Ответитьin my curricular internship i had to work on ffmpeg and possible features and since then i havent been the same
Ответитьthe first frame artifact got me so good, and then i get hit again by the weird ffmpeg stabilization, what a great video
ОтветитьYo! It actually supports OCR!
ОтветитьHilarious.
ОтветитьI never get tired of re-watching this.
ОтветитьVery entertaining! 😂😂
ОтветитьIt's scary the fact that I understand everything you say in every one of your videos. and I don't even need to re-encode.
ОтветитьI had some work to do when FFMPEG stopped working suddenly in linux.
ОтветитьI just use handbrake :P
Ответитьwell fabrice bellard is french, what do you expect
ОтветитьWhen he mentioned matroska, I was wondering if he was gonna mention the mkvtoolnix suite... And the fact that ffmpeg can't seem to read repeat tags or nested chapters in matroska. It will only read the top level chapters, and it will read the last version of that tag at the same level (if you have every actor in the tags, it will show the last one in the list).
ОтветитьHe's the ultimate evangelist for every computer technology out there.
Ответитьi am a C API ffmpeg enthusiast. and i'm a gamedev. and it's a strong point as to why i have my job.
ОтветитьFFMPEG worked very well for me at 1k... But at 4K it showed me all the problems in the video.
So I paid $40 for VideoPad... It was worth it.
Why aren't you using Avisynth like a proper video encoding enthusiast? Casual!
ОтветитьThis is gold! 😂
ОтветитьScrolling back on the command that wraps two rows on your whole monitor. Yep, it's FFMPEG alright
Ответитьuse FFMPEG to learn FFMPEG.... 🙂and to cook...
ОтветитьYou don't need to read the man page anymore for most stuff. ffmpeg + chatGPT has been awesome. I made it combine the teslacam videos into separate tracks into one video, then had it configure mpv to switch between the different views with the 1234 keys.
ОтветитьNeed that glitchy top row pixel
Ответитьnow if FFMPEG would revolutionize audio streams so that movies etc. have ONE stream for ALL the noise and ONE stream with just the dialog for every language.
-> Space saver and one could easily lower the volume of those fucktardicly loud noises (=explosions, shootings) that drown out all the dialog.
Oh and the hearing impaired would thank "you" too. 🙂
i gotta say
i could not escape becoming an ffmpeg enthusiast, even without autism.
also i install it through winget and nobody can stop me
"CUDA for the win! I mean for the Windows." - this one got me
Ответить"Here are three different ways to do it in FFMPEG. One of them should work." - Basic FFMPEG experience.
Ответитьyou can even use FFMPEG to stream on Twitch lol
Ответить"all inputs must have the same attributes"
ugh
😂 Brilliant
ОтветитьLoL dying
Ответить"cuda for the win... I mean for the windows"
Ответитьthis is literally me
ОтветитьDoes ffmpeg really support OCR though? Couldn't find anything after running a quick ffmpeg -h full | find /n /i "ocr"
ОтветитьReally. It is useful for what it does, but mencoder, a part of the full mplayer suite is what you need. One of my favourites is an almost 8G copy of a file I pulled from a Dish satellite I believe, an almost uncompressed TS as an Mpeg, of Laswell In Chicago.
Look him up he needs our help ... if you care.
Waiting for the avisynth one now.
ОтветитьMe who spent hours and hours of finally finding the secret right version of ffmpeg and CUDA drivers just to realize it was already available in the current regular version I had installed. I just didn't knew the command 😂😬
And as a lil present for the bois 👏here is my most used piece of ffmpeg code. Can you find out what it's doing? It's actually .bat file but you already expected that.
FOR /F "tokens=*" %%G IN ('dir /b *.mkv') DO ffmpeg -i "%%G" -map 0 -c copy -c:a ac3 "%%~nG AC3.mkv"
I was doing AI audio stuff in Python the other day and this really resonated with my experience. Thanks, FFMPEG!
