Ufffff ❤🎹Me quedaría con el. Nord stage
Greetings!
Nord👍
Nord cool !
Whoa, ti my ear, the Numa's C7 sounds more present, but the Nord may be more natural. And, that's the first fieldcoil leslie I've seen in a European country!
An absolutely splendid way to compare and contrast the two pianos…. So so good
Here I like the Numa being a bit snappier and more hifi-ish/polished than the fuller, meatier, but boxier or let´s say midrangy-honkier Nord.
Would as well be very interesting, how each ones soundcharacteristics turn out, when trying to cut through a mix..
Wow, this is incredible! One thing that really stands out is when he plays note by note on each keyboard, you can hear the distinct differences between them. It's impressive that the Numa is able to offer such high sound quality at a more affordable price point compared to the Nord. While there may be some synthetic sound quality in the piano presets of the nume, it's hardly noticeable, even less in a musical environment. It's worth noting that some of the Numa presets actually sound better than the Nord's, and vice versa.
Very good comparisson, like allways! I have and use both, Nord an Numa x 88. No question about the quality of Nord stage 3, its not just for status on stage, it is worth the money. And it is much more than pianos: great organ, great synth, sounds right out of the box.
But the Numa x has something in its favour: the first time I tryed it I felt connected! The TP110 on Numa x88 might not feel perfect if you just hit some notes with the leyboard off, but playing it really for one hour, it felt natural to me, my playing got nimble and precise, and I allways get a smile on my face when I pick it up for a gig, just grab the bag with one hand, its incredible light and portable. The perfect balance between wheight and Key quality. Piano sounds are not perfect, very filtered at lower dynamics, low sustain on higher pith notes, release and other simulations are much better on the Nord, but the Numa just makes up on expressiveness! It's a joy to play, even if in detailed analisys it shows up a lot of flaws. Power button is the worst ( very week and unreliable ). Big key noise when the keys hit the bottom, your ground flour neighbours will complain, even if you use headphones.
BUT, in the end, for me personally, it's a JOY to play!
I'm just starting to learn, but that little Diddy about 1.50 in, is he just riffing or is it a known song? I'd like to learn something like that if anyone knows or has suggestions...
Easy to use; very intuitive; it weighs less than Nord; it has an audio interface (Nord has not); great keyboard/keys (they make keyboards for other manufactures (OEM) and Nord's isn't the best) AND it COST a lot less ;-) -- if all you are worried about is those warmer sounds, just EQ / prep them with their great app; easy enough and you just saved yourself more than grand ;-) -- factor all that in and you'll see it's a no brainer IMO
Nord all the way
Tanks...
I want numa stage vs numa x piano
Thank you for comparing these. I had a Nord Electro for a few weeks, and decided to return it. It doesn’t have weighted keys, and their next model up , that has weighted keys, costs $3,100.** plus tax.
If the new TP 110 keybed is at least not bad, it seems definitely worth a try.
I have tried everything, (except Korg), and there’s some shortcomings about nearly all. I’ve had an Alesis QS8 for twenty years, with no problems. It was made with a Fatar,..(Studiologic).. keybed, which is still better than what Yamaha put in the recent CP 73. (I had to send that back)..I’m just looking for something easier to move, and of course, the sound technology today beats whatever Alesis had twenty years ago.
I cena Norda przesadzona mocno
Can you please write about the key action feel of the Numa X Piano (tp110). What do you think about the feel? In your opinion how does it compare to the Nord stage 3 or the Yamaha cp88 for example?
Hi Man, thank you very much for the video.
One question:
Are the keys on the STUDIOLOGIC NUMA X PIANO 73 really comfortable?
Is it possible to feel the feel of an acoustic piano in terms of weight and hammer action?
Thank you in advance for your help.
I’m from England and watch all of your videos. No idea what you’re saying but I love the way you play. Can you tell me what the piece is called that you start playing at 1.56? I’m guessing it’s your own composition as I hear you play it on many demos… I absolutely love it and would love to learn to play it if you ever considered doing a tutorial? Oh and I’ve just ordered the Numa X piano 73 after hearing you play… I think it stands up very well to the Nord from what I can hear.
Nord has it beat on Wurlitzer which you did not demo all you played was blah blah my vote Nord even if that red pisses everyone off ✌️❤️😎
Studiologic ima bolji zvuk od Norda.Lično moje mišljenje.
Numa 💪
Ответитьi follow you and watch your video (even if i do not understand a word 🙂) for the keyboards, but MOST to listen your beautiful delicate songs and chord progressions.. i adore the way you play
greetings from italy
Jak się Numa ma do Kurzweil Sp6-7?
Thank you for comparison. I've bought Numa X GrandTouch.
Ответитьnuma sin duda
Thank you!!!!I wonted to buy numa, but after this not, numa has sharp sound, not nice.
The Numa X has a better action. That is all I care about. Sounds mean nothing. I've got thousands of dollars worth of VSTs instruments that are worlds better than any internal samples e.g. VSL Synchron Pianos.
LOGIC mejor más REAL
Nord sound more cheaper and distorted.
I like the numa.
Nord tem além som um charme : balanço
Close in sound quality and dynamic range. Miles away from each other in price. Wondering about differences in the quality of the keybed.
Super Video! Nice..
I thing yamaha is best.
Ответитьthe nord sounds great but the numa wins over and over. the nord is over compressed and has a washed out sound when you start playing pieces that are heavy on action, but when you play the numa, it has a sexy cleaner ring to it that sounds so much smoother and cleaner, but my huge question is
are both pianos using a C7 sampled la grand? it sure sounds like they’re both yamahas you really can’t tell besides one just sounds too over compressed over the other.
Please comment on that new Fatar action in the Numa.
I always watch your all piano videos you are a amazing musician and really like the way you do the comparison. This two Model comparison is perfect. I always like Nord sounds but not happy with the keyboard action only thing recently they have used the Kawai RH3 action on Nord-Grand that was a really good move from Nord. Studio-Logic is also doing good in making the stage pianos. I was impressed with Numa-Concert, I was about to buy but then I skipped that model only because of fatar key action. I am more in to clasical playing and need better rough and tough key action like Kawai MP11SE/ Yamaha CP88 & Roland RD2000 this all three brands makes fantastic key action. When it comes to sounds somehow I really impressed with the Studio-Logic Numa-X-GT sounds are difference then all the Japanese make pianos and very importantly it’s less expensive. I have seen many videos of Numa-X-GT I really excited but little confused about the Key action. May be they have made new TP400 better in terms of response and longevity wise. I would be great if Studio-Logic or any other retailer make videos on key action, They must explain in details about all technical stuff and it would be great if anyone can play some Chopin and Listz pieces like yamaha Kawai Roland more focus on key action to promote their pianos it helps a lot to musicians like me because In my country there’s no facility of demo for the Studio-Logic. I work with the music industry from last 18 years and I know the importer personally, I will request them for a demo if they will arrange them it would be a great help to me as I am seriously interested in X-GT. Thank you so much great comparison. ❤️
Numa X Piano ... wow !!!! Beautiful warm sound.
For the first piano: Numa X all the way. Nord sounds thin and drenched in reverb. Second piano: this is a more even comparision. But I prefer the Numa X. Nord sounds canned. Electric Piano: Nord. Sounds more natural. Numa X sounds like a toy in comparision.
Thank you for your review, it was helpful! As a cover band keyboardist who is getting a little older I have been looking a long time for a quality 73 note hammer action keyboard that won't break the bank. The sounds seem very high quality on the reviews I've heard, close enough to the Nord and at a fraction of the cost. I'm sold, I really like everything about the Numa, it will be a perfect bottom board to compliment my Kronos. I purchased one from Sweetwater a few days ago, no word on the delivery date yet.
The Numa X (non GT) that is tested here will be $1,499 US when it ships ($ 1,999 for the GT), whereas the Stage 3 88 is currently $ 4,600 US! Just saying...
The important thing to note is that the Nuba is highly editable. This is either just a preset, or a specific set of edits this guy has made. It sounds nice to my ears, but what I’m getting at, is likely enough it can be edited to give the sort of feel that the sampled sound in the NORD has. WAY more versatile! Nord samples are highly regarded, with good reason. Still, I think the modeling approach is better in 2021
