How to stage a home to sell it faster — and above asking price

People know all this already. It's basic common sense.

It costs a lot more than $600 to get a professional stager. Not to mention, the homes that were staged in this video were repainted and/or refloored, so again, much more than $600 to do all that.

My last home that sold the buyer wanted my curtains. 😂

Oh, are normal people still buying houses? It seems like it's all investors. And regarding paying over the asking price, those must be the cash buyers... not normal Americans. Of course, no normal American could afford the homes in this video, anyway.

I just did this on my 20-year-old home, it sold in 2 days; 24 scheduled viewings, 7 offers. Make no mistake, if you are doing this yourself it's a lot of work but so worth it.

The home prices skyrocket that way not easy to buy them. Lower the price then you will see it sells like a hot candy!

Why would you spend money / buy new furniture to stage your home if you have a little outdated furniture? This video shows them restaging and using new / different furniture, that’s ridiculous I’m sorry. Just open windows and clean up the space.

it may take up to two years to get properties back to realistic prepandemic prices. I hope rents follow because people can longer afford to rent the smallest of spaces on their own working a full time job.

I've been hearing for years, the best way to stage/sell a home is to have nothing in it at all. Let the potential owners envision there own things in the wide open spaces.
