I can't get it to work with or without the case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max :(

So basically to charge an iphone 13 the cover needs to be removed?

Doesn’t work without case On iPhone 12

I just upgraded my iphone 11 pro max to a 14 pro max last week and the wireless charger does not work in my 2022 GV80. However, my husband has a 2023 Tucson limited, and daughter has a 2022 Tucson limited. The 14 pro max works in both of the Tucson's wireless charger without taking case off. In my GV80, I took the pad cover off and my case off and it works. The charging light on my phone lights up before the QI light and then the QI light goes out and then back on again. Why can't Genesis use the same wireless charger component in the Genesis as they do in the Hyundai's? Or switch them out for a fee to upgrade?

The charger is so slow it’s absurd

NOT WORKING FOR A 2024 G80 GENESIS

The tech guy took his iPhone 15 with mag-safe case (case has circle in back) and charging worked for him. My case doesn't have that and even if I removed the case, the wireless charging would not work.

WTH Hyundai. Does not work with iPhone 15 pro

just purchased my GV80...good to know I'm not the only one having this issue...mines is a 2023
