In my experience, mobile feat hasn't actually been all that useful. But then again, the people i play with aren't trying to do hit and run tactics

mobile is neat for a rogue but have you considered, bladesinger? expeditious retreat, blade song, 100 ft bonus dash no reaction. aaaand at level 6 one hit plus booming blade, they literally can't chase you.
