ОтветитьI have picked up some weight last week and after that my back start paining in the middle and after that the pain goes to my both hand little fingers and sometimes legs it this a serious condition or I'll get after in few weeks ?!

ОтветитьThe rhomboids/pectorals stretch looks like it feels great! There are a lot of really good stretches, in this one, especially the ones using the folding chair at the end.

ОтветитьHey, I did your streching today and I will keep doing it for like 2 weeks and see if there will be a nice improvement. I am having problems with stuff back and neck for a while, i can't do many things when I wake up and it slowly improves during the day, but not fully. Sometimes I can't sleep well either, because of it. While doing some of the excerces I even feel pain in my check, which happens sometimes with the stiffness, when i push my check it hurts. So I guess I have a lot of work to do to get better. I think all started more than year ago and it was getting only worse. A x-ray of my back and neck didn't show up much, it was pretty much all okay, so I was looking for long time to find out what can fix it, chiropactor didn't do much of a difference either, so this is my new hope. Thank you for all the videos and if you can't help me, then nothing can. Definitely felt a lot of pressure on my upper and lower back after these, so hopefully it will start relieving my pain.

I love this! I’ve suffered from neck and back pain for years and have seen innumerable physio’s, chiropractors and alternative therapies and not one of them showed me any of these stretches. I can feel them working and just love when I get that pop!

I tried with full strength until my shoulders & arms are super tired.
Heya, I do some of these stretches and I have been doing calisthenics and yoga for quite a bit now, but even still, each time I perform a stretch where my middle back is engaged, I feel pain in that area and I lose my breath, the pain lingers for a few seconds more and then goes away. Do you know what the problem might be, and is this common or normal? Thanks
ОтветитьI've been hitting the gym hard the past 6 weeks and the middle of my back has really stiffened up. I've been doing the standard cat and dog movements without much relief. The wall and chair streches relieved almost of my tightness. Thank you sir. I liked and subscribed. Great content

ОтветитьI have had chronic back pain for a year and have been doing chiropractic care and daily stretching/muscle stretching. Come to realize it gets worse with cold, so winter has been killing me. I was looking for a new routine. This saved me so much pain, I teared up today after days of terrible pain. Thank you so much.

ОтветитьThis is a weird suggestion, but could you maybe show you getting into the actual stretch position? Cause for the first exercise I can’t tell if what I’m using to hold myself is too far, if my waist is close enough to my body. Other than that I really like the tips you gave

ОтветитьThe relief you get from the first one is unreal.. I recommend doing this in a warm room to avoid injuries, muscles also tend to stretch more when your body is warm. But I give this many credit, these stretches are very efficient
ОтветитьWhen you do these stretches like the one at the end on the chair, are you supposed to switch the foot that your leaning on when you switch sides?
ОтветитьIt works !! I get really bad muscular back pain only at night. It wakes me where it’s so painful and in the morning it’s so bad that I have to get out of bed for it to be ok again.
I’ve been doing these exercises for the last few days and my backs been SO MUCH better.
These exercises I can really feel my back pulling which is great! I knew when I was doing them that it may help.. I just can’t believe how much it’s helped !
